Comfortable stay in a lovely area. Positive: Excellent location. Clean and secure property. Negative: Allocated parking space would be better. We did get a space but the car park filled up very quickly. No full length mirror in the property

Great property, but fix the radiator! Positive: The whole apartment was great. Negative: It needed basic cooking supplies (like cooking oil and salt), and a wider variety of pans. One of the radiators didn't turn off and baked my son, and the other radiators were very difficult to work out. I moved the car for just half an hour and the space was taken up, meaning I had to spend £11 and wake up earlier to move the car back into the yard for checkout. Also, consider putting a Nespresso machine in!

Positive: In the city and parking available Negative: Had so much stress as asked so many times for an invoice. Texted, emailed, and called. I was completely ignored booking.com contacted them twice. When I formally said that I would report this business to consumer right and HMRC, then they sent one. Very untrustworthy.
