Our 3rd or 4th stay at these apartments in the past 10 years, we hope to use them again. Sometimes we have managed to bo Positive: Central location, well equipped, parking space. Spacious, quiet. Negative: Carpets desperately in need of cleaning or replacing - we think this was about to happen. Some difficulty with windows and heating, some instructions would have been useful.

Positive: Location to the city and parking, great sized apartment for family of 4 Negative: Was not as clean as expected, bins in bathroom full from previous stays. Found empty water bottle behind bedside cabinet and things in the dishwasher. The shower door in ensuite needs attention as it doesn't close properly.

Spoilt with lack of claimed parking facilities Positive: Location. Negative: I booked this property specifically because it was advertised as having parking. Out of several options available, I chose this one only for that reason, as parking is essential to me. However, this turned out to be completely misleading. On 3 out of 4 nights I was unable to park on site. The only alternative was expensive (£30 per day in a car park some distance away) When queried an impractical street parking limited to 6pm–8am was suggested….Not what was advertised, nor what I agreed to when booking. Carrying luggage back and forth made this even more inconvenient particularly with a broken wrist. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Parking was a deciding factor in my booking choice, and the reality was not as described.

Fab location, just don’t bring a car. Positive: Great location Negative: Parking was a bit of a lottery.
