Pottergate Apartments | Three Bedroom (Double/Single/Single)

Spoilt with lack of claimed parking facilities Positive: Location. Negative: I booked this property specifically because it was advertised as having parking. Out of several options available, I chose this one only for that reason, as parking is essential to me. However, this turned out to be completely misleading. On 3 out of 4 nights I was unable to park on site. The only alternative was expensive (£30 per day in a car park some distance away) When queried an impractical street parking limited to 6pm–8am was suggested….Not what was advertised, nor what I agreed to when booking. Carrying luggage back and forth made this even more inconvenient particularly with a broken wrist. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Parking was a deciding factor in my booking choice, and the reality was not as described.

Fab location, just don’t bring a car. Positive: Great location Negative: Parking was a bit of a lottery.

A lovely apartment Positive: Communication was very good. Clear helpful instructions. Easy check in. The apartment was in a really good central location, within walking distance of most things. It was quiet at night, despite being in town. The accommodation was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. It was a nice big size and looked modern. We really enjoyed our stay. 2 nights was not really long enough Negative: Not the apartment's fault, as we stayed in a heatwave, but it was very hot inside. We could not fully open the windows. Would benefit from having air con, but I know this would be expensive.
